Box Top Contest is Underway!

Our Box Top Contest has started and the halls at North are filled with Super Heroes!  In just one week we have earned over $112 for our school!  Keep up the great work. Every two weeks the PTA will be gathering up the Box Top folders from the teachers and counting them up.  The classroom with the most Box Tops will have their teacher's head on our Super Hero.  We will only be doing this contest for a few more weeks before we start our next contest.  Remember to ask other family members if they will save Box Tops as well!  If we all work together we can reach our goal of $1,500.  Which teacher will be our next Super Hero??  (posted 09/05/2017)

Get the Box Top App and help us earn money!

Did you know you can earn Box Tops for our school digitally?  It didn't either, but the first time I tried it I earned $13.40 for our school.  It works on any iPhone or Android. Just download the app from your app store for free, check the offers available, shop, and scan your receipt.  Earning BONUS money is that easy!  I earned $10 just for buying 5 Lysol products.  Keep track of your digital earnings with your teacher so I can add them up with our contest totals.  Remind friends and family that it is free to use this app and support our school with the shopping you are doing anyway!  Keep clipping too!  You can earn money both ways for our school.  Check out more information about the Box Top App at  -- Farah LeFevre, PTA Box Top Coordinator  (posted 09/05/2017)

Parents - Please help us keep our Title 1 Status

North Elementary’s Title I status gives us extra resources paid for by the federal government.  These resources include additional instructional personnel (such as literacy aides) and equipment money for computers, etc.  Our Title I status is determined by the number of students who qualify for free and reduced lunch.  If you qualified last year, please note that you must fill out a new form each year.  If you think there is any chance you may qualify, please ask your child’s teacher or the front office for a form to fill out. You can fill out a form by hand, or, even more convenient, you may fill out a form online at:

If you qualify, you do not have to use this service; but it will still count toward our Title I status! Please fill out a form as soon as possible.  We need as many NES families as possible to fill this out!  We don't want to lose the additional resources this gives us!! (Posted 08/24/2017)
